Blockages and unresolved experiences from the past cause pain and suffering. These two elements function as obstacles to approach the real root of a psychological wound, in these cases Kabbalah and transpersonal knowledge open new and creative paths to get to the core of conflicts and struggles.
Movement, art, meditation, archetypal symbology, dream analysis, the description of the psyche taken from the wisdom of kabbalah, are some of the tools that I integrate when working with a client. The many studies I followed on my journey have resulted in a professional practice for Transpersonal and Kabbalah integration in The Hague, certified as an alternative practitioner according to the Dutch Wkkgz quality standards.
The goal of Transpersonal Approach
Transpersonal approach looks carefully at problems and feelings associated with them from different perspectives. It uses several tools to develop awareness about all the elements involved in an afflicting conflict.
Completely attuned to your individual situation, transpersonal and kabbalah guide you towards the understanding of your conflicts. It helps you accept your feelings and emotions and experience them lovingly.
Transpersonal therapy and transpersonal psychology, as a Holistic approach, teach you to develop a compassionate attitude towards yourself, allowing you to sincerely experience what torments you and causes you pain. When you truly and honestly accept your inner experience, real transformation begins.
Why Transpersonal and Kabbalah?
Because a transpersonal understanding works holistically combining different techniques coming from Kabbalah. We humans are complex and diverse beings, and our mental processes are difficult to be observed, defined, and represented with our limited spoken language.
Words and concepts that we use to verbalize our inner experience, manage to explain only the surface of a problem. Therefore, we need more and varied ways to go within and collect as much data as possible in order to achieve total transformation.
The process always remains attuned to your personal goals and is transparent and designed according to a recognisable structure. Depending on the goals, phase and progress, the focus of transpersonal psychology lies on:
- Feeling (through) the inner and the physical
- Exploring the roots of problems
- Understanding one's personal journey
- The analysis of a certain problem and recognising correlations
- Developing or enlarging personal skills and capacities
- Further developing latent talent and promoting personal strengths
Transpersonal and Kabbalah work together to promote resilience, assuming that each individual should receive a personalized approach that can be flexibly adapted to his or her progress, where all aspects of the person are considered: body, mind, soul and environment.
Range of the Transpersonal Approach
TA creates room for research into the relationships within relationships, spirituality, natural science and cultural experiences and influences, which gives a much broader view of the personality, problems, and personal issues than conventional psychology alone.

Kabbalah and Transpersonal Approach
The psychology of consciousness and the journey of the Soul based on the recognition of the existence of a dimension to human nature greater than the individual. I integrate mind, body and spiritual wisdom into the analysis. The integration of this holistic approach gives a person the opportunity to embody personal transformation at a core level, achieving a holistic transformation.
Dance of the Soul
It aims to awaken and restore the body from repressed unconscious complexes, so it becomes a healthy vessel to house the psyche and Soul, and get back in touch with emotions and feelings, promoting self-awareness, self-esteem, and mind & body balance.
Meditation and breathwork
In silent awareness, a person can learn more about inner conflicts. It allows painful thoughts and feelings to rise gently to the surface of consciousness, to be addressed and worked through in a session.
Creative Techniques
Using creative methods, a client will paint or draw her feelings, or sceneries that she/he wishes to include in a transformative process.
Stress management
Using natural oils, relaxation techniques, as a natural way to balance body, mind and Soul.
Transpersonal Approach, a beneficial loving method
I offer a personalized method aimed at developing or increasing conscious mental health. This form of alternative coach is a person-centred method in which there is room for deep analysis of subjective identity, analysis of dreams, creative methods, Jungian archetypal symbology, breathing/relaxation techniques, and meditation.
