Therapeutic Meditation is a scientifically proven technique to reduce stress and manage pain. It is a natural and safe way to treat and heal yourself.
During meditation, our brainwave state changes from beta to theta (relaxing mode) or alpha (resting), which can slow our heart rate, blood pressure, metabolism and respiration, releasing endorphins into our system. Endorphins are called hormones of happiness and healing, so benefits can be experienced since the first practice.
I have followed meditation retreats from easter and western traditions, in many countries. I am a experienced meditator for over 15 years and I´ve been teaching Meditation to my clients, encouraging them to introduce this ancient practice into their daily life routine, as a natural and safe way of healing and self discovery.
I´ve been guiding individuals and groups courses in Chile and The Netherlands since the year 2004.
