Guided Therapeutic Meditation
Meditation is a proven technique to reduce stress and manage pain. It is a natural and safe way to bring yourself into balance.
During meditation, our brainwave state changes from beta to theta (relaxing mode) or alpha (resting), which can slow our heart rate, blood pressure, metabolism and respiration, releasing endorphins into our system. Endorphins are called hormones of happiness and healing, so benefits can be experienced since the first practice.
I have followed meditation retreats from easter and western traditions, in many countries. I am a experienced meditator for over 20 years and I´ve been teaching Meditation to my clients, encouraging them to introduce this ancient practice into their daily life routine, as a natural and safe way of obtaining balance and self discovery.
Guided Therapeutic Meditation
I´ve been guiding individuals and groups courses in Chile and The Netherlands since the year 2004.
Guided meditations has a specific purpose of returning a healthy state and of reconnecting with the Soul and it´s inherent intelligence to evolve and transform.
Meditations are an integral part of every session I have with my clients. I teach them to relax and to find their own inner space of balance and peace.
In the event that a person wishes to receive only training in meditation specifically, then the session will focus on that goal.
