Why are Transpersonal and Kabbalah stronger together?
Both Transpersonal psychology and Kabbalah work with the same territory—human consciousness beyond the ego—but they approach it from different directions
Transpersonal psychology and Kabbalah complement each other because they both explore human experience beyond the personal level—yet one comes from a psychological, experiential perspective, and the other from a structured spiritual tradition
I am a transpersonal practitioner and Kabbalah teacher with over 25 years of international experience. I offer one-to-one guidance and group work focused on personal transformation, consciousness development, and soul integration. I am the creator of the Dance of the Soul method, an integrative approach that combines transpersonal psychology, symbolic work, and embodied practice.

Transpersonal Practitioner and Kabbalah Teacher
Modern Western psychology primarily focuses on understanding thoughts, emotions, and behavior, often working with personal history and cognitive or emotional patterns.
Transpersonal psychology expands this perspective by including altered states of consciousness, inner meaning, and the human search for wholeness beyond the personal self.

Kabbalah goes even deeper, offering a structured understanding of the soul and its development. It explores the underlying patterns of existence, the relationship between the inner and outer worlds, and the process of transformation at a spiritual level.
My work integrates these perspectives, supporting people not only in understanding themselves psychologically, but also in connecting with a deeper sense of purpose, alignment, and inner transformation.
Kabbalah: a broader, holistic perspective
Kabbalah, on the other hand, does not view a person as an isolated individual, but rather as part of a greater whole that must remain in harmony. In Kabbalah, purpose and connection are essential. According to this ancient wisdom, every person is created with the desire and purpose to grow, by receiving, giving, connecting, and understanding.
When we give meaningful expression to this purpose, we can achieve fulfillment and continue developing ourselves.
This is important to remember: in Kabbalah, all experiences have a meaning and a higher purpose. This not only brings a sense of peace, but also an increased awareness that allows individual experiences to be placed in a broader, more meaningful context.
Kabbalah continues where psychology stops
Transpersonal psychology and Kabbalah work strongly together because they address the same fundamental question: how human beings evolve beyond the personal self. Transpersonal psychology offers tools to explore expanded states of consciousness and inner experience, while Kabbalah provides a structured understanding of the soul and its development. Combined, they allow not only access to deeper dimensions of experience, but also a clear framework to integrate those experiences into meaningful personal transformation.
Is Psychology or Kabbalah an option?
While modern psychology focuses on the mind and behavior, my approach integrates transpersonal psychology and Kabbalah to work with consciousness, meaning, and the deeper dimension of the soul.
Would you like to benefit from this yourself?
In my work, we explore the deeper patterns behind life experiences, working with both psychological understanding and spiritual insight. This allows for a more integrative process—one that includes the mind, the body, and the dimension of the soul
