Transpersonal Perspective: a concise definition
Transpersonal Psychology has a multidimensional model of the Psyche, which recognizes the importance of Spiritual dimensions and the transformative potential of Human Consciousness.
It is concerned with addressing the whole person and liberating the Soul from constricting illusions. It attempts to access the deepest inner resources of the psyche by encouraging introspection, self-inquiry, meditation, attention to dreams and other practices that enhance awareness of the longings of the Soul. It does not make use of clinical psychiatric diagnoses, but rather motivates the person to incorporate and transcend conflicts finding their meanings and purposes, to use them as stepping stones on the Path of Individuation.
Transpersonal approach also involves the learning and discovery of the Self, the articulating agent of who we are, ultimately responsible for restoring and maintaining inner and outer balance.
Creative Expressive Techniques
Creative expressive techniques, like movement-art-play, are primarily used to externalize internal struggles, making overwhelming feelings feel tangible and manageable. They can help to decrease tension, improve body image, and process trauma that is stored in the body.
These techniques can be powerful instruments to explore relationships and emotions, offering a safe, low-pressure way to work through complex problems.

DANCE OF THE SOUL™
Dance of the Soul is a movement-based technique that invites participants to reconnect with their inner world through movement, presence, music, and stillness.
This is Not about learning steps or performing. It is about listening to the body, sensing what is alive within, and allowing movement to become a path toward self-discovery and inner connection.
Through guided exercises and free movement, participants are invited to:
- Reconnect with the soul
- Feel and sense their own inner life
- Discover the spiritual centre within the body
- Develop greater presence and self-awareness
- Journey toward the centre of their own being
MEDITATION & BREATHWORK
I’ve been practicing meditation for longer than 15 years, experiencing its benefits myself. Thereby I integrated Meditation in my professional practice as an effective way of transformation. I teach people an Integrative way of Meditation and muscle relaxation to naturally overcome psychosomatic issues, gain self-knowledge and consciousness expansion.
CREATIVE TECHNIQUES
Creative techniques such as dance/movement, art or play, are evidence-based, professional interventions to facilitate emotional expression, self-discovery, and mental balance improvement.
They are designed to bypass verbal limitations, allowing to explore, externalize, and process complex feelings—particularly trauma or unconscious elements—that may be difficult to put into words.
